Priavoid will present new preclinical findings on PRI-101 at the International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders 2026.
As part of the congress program, our colleague Dr. Marc Sevenich will deliver an oral platform presentation with promising in vitro and in vivo efficacy and safety data for our all-D-peptide compound PRI-101, highlighting its potential as a new disease-modifying approach for neurodegenerative synucleinopathies such as Parkinson‘s disease.

About Priavoid
Priavoid’s novel class of orally available all-D-peptide therapeutics detangle neurotoxic oligomer species to inhibit and reverse disease-specific protein aggregation in neurodegenerative disorders. We aim to establish clinical proof-of-concept through our lead program, PRI-002, which will complete a Phase 2 trial in Alzheimer’s disease in 2026.
